Rent terms
Basic requirements
The driver must be at least 20 years old and have 2 years of driving experience. They must have a passport confirming the driver's citizenship and allowing movement within the territory of Ibiza.
Security deposit
Before renting a car, a security deposit must be made. The amount of the deposit is calculated depending on the cost of the rented car, the driver's experience, and nationality.
Additional driver
If you have an additional driver, you must inform us before booking a car. Typically, the price includes 2 drivers, both of whom must present their identification and driver's license. Additional drivers will only be insured for an additional fee.
Cancel reservation
We accept cancellations at least 72 hours before the booking time. If you exceed the 72-hour limit, we charge you a fee equivalent to 30% of the booking amount for damages. If the driver does not show up at the previously scheduled date and time of booking, the booking amount is covered in full. Details of cancellation must be sent to the attached email.
Area of permitted movements
Car rental is offered in the territory and region of Ibiza. If you want to leave Ibiza, it is necessary to discuss it to avoid inconvenience.
