Rent terms
Requirement
Drivers must be at least 20 years old and have at least 2 years driving experience. Having a passport that confirms the driver's citizenship and allows you to move around Ibiza.
Cancel Resevation
We accept cancellations up to 72 hours prior to booking time. If the 72 hour limit is exceeded, you will be charged a damage fee equal to 30% of the booking amount. If the driver does not arrive on the appointed day and time of booking, 100% of the booking amount will be charged. Cancellation details must be sent to the attached email.
Additional Driver
If you require an additional driver, you must notify us before booking the vehicle. The price usually includes 2 drivers, each of whom must present an ID and driving license. Additional drivers are insured for an additional fee.
Deposit
To rent a car, you are required to pay a security deposit, the amount of which will depend on the car that will be rented.
